If you are placing your first private label product order, please allow 3-6 weeks for product delivery. While we focus on fast turnaround times for services, this allows us time to work with you on product selection, packaging, and labeling details. Also, due to the organic and natural ingredients of our products, they are regularly produced and supplied from our lab. This provides you and your clients with the freshest products and adequate shelf life.
Bulk orders are processed and shipped from our facilities within 2 weeks, depending on product availability.
Set Up Fees
Private Label Orders–
With private label orders, there is a $25 fee per product type. This includes the setup and testing of label printing (This does not include Graphic Design service fees), the sourcing of packaging components, and any non-stock fragrances. This amount is a one-time charge, is payable at the start of the project, and is non-refundable.
Bulk Orders –
There are no associated set up fees with bulk orders.
With private label orders, the minimum order quantity is 12 units per product.
With bulk orders, the minimum order volume is 16 to 32 oz per product type.
We ship globally! If you are having your products shipped to an international destination and want to ensure lowest shipping cost, we recommend that you contact your shipping supplier to pick up your purchases from us. If you prefer to use one of our suppliers, we will provide you with a quote once we confirm your order. Shipping and handling charges are in addition to prices quoted on our pricing schedules. Shipping and handling charges are calculated upon order completion.
Please note, if you are having us ship to a destination outside of the US or Canada, it is essential that you check with your local authorities to make sure you can legally import hair care products, including samples. We cannot be responsible if your products are delayed or refused by customs in your country.
Taxes and Duty
Applicable taxes and duty are in addition to prices quoted on our pricing schedules.
Private Label or Custom Formulation Orders –
We want you to be happy with your purchases. However, due to the customized nature of private label products, we are unable to accept returns. All private label purchases are final sale.
Sealed, unopened bulk orders may be returned within 7 business days. Custom or fragranced bulk product orders are final sale.
Any damages caused during the shipping of the products must be reported to the carrier and BlueStone Formulations within 7 days of shipment receipt.
We accept checks (upon approval), Visa, Mastercard and American Express (American Express accepted in the US only. Not accepted through Canada).We require payment of all setup fees and 50% of the total order balance at time of order. Please note that if you decide to pay by check, we must receive the check prior to starting production on your order. The remaining 50% and order balance will be due once the order is prepared to ship.
BlueStone Formulations advises each of our customers to follow the lawful and responsible practice of complying with federal, provincial, state, and local cosmetic labeling laws and regulations. While we will assist you in this area, you are responsible for final copy and design of your label. For bulk orders, standard BlueStone Formulations product labels will be applied to the product.
We encourage you to sample our products, fragrances, and packaging options. Each of our products comes sample packaged in .5 oz to 2 oz sizes depending upon the product. All product samples are unfragranced. Samples of all fragrances and essential oils are available. Individual packaging samples are available as well. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
